What is ShowOnPoint?
ShowOnPoint is an iPhone app built for stock show families. It helps users find schedules, weight breaks, judges, livestreams, locations, and animal weight tracking tools in one place.
What is included for free?
ShowOnPoint may include free access to selected app features, including limited animal weight tracking and basic show information. Available free features may change as the app continues to improve.
What requires ShowOnPoint Premium?
Some features may require ShowOnPoint Premium, including full weight break access and expanded weight tracking features. Premium access is managed through Apple in-app purchases and subscriptions.
How do I restore purchases?
If you already purchased ShowOnPoint Premium, open the app and use the Restore Purchases option where available. Make sure you are signed into the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions. From there, you can view, manage, or cancel active subscriptions.
Why can't I see certain weight breaks or show information?
Some content may require ShowOnPoint Premium. Also make sure you are using the latest version of the app. Show information may be updated over time as more official information becomes available.
How do I report incorrect show data?
Email us at info@showonpoint.com with the show name, species, year, and the correction needed. If possible, include a link or screenshot from the official show source.
Can I request a show to be added?
Yes. Send the show name, website, location, and any available schedule, weight break, judge, livestream, or premium book information to info@showonpoint.com.
How does the weight tracker work?
The weight tracker lets users log animal weights over time, monitor trends, and generate clean reports for personal use, family discussions, breeders, advisors, or feeders.
How do I request deletion of app data?
Email info@showonpoint.com with your request. We may need enough information to identify the data associated with your request.
